Well I dont know if you want salon or drugstore brand. if you want salon hair, u can use redken blonde glam shampoo and conditioner with a volumizing mousse. if you want to use drugstore products, use tresemme 24 hour body shampoo and conditioner with tresemme 24 hour body foaming mousse. as far as swimming, before hand, use a leave in conditioner so the harmful chlorine chemicals dont damage your hair. you could use garnier fructis sleek & shine leave in conditioning cream. hope i helped!
